It all began in 2006, when a group of passionate travellers decided to create the place they had always wanted to find upon arriving in Barcelona: a hostel with genuine warmth, unpretentious, where you feel at home from the very first moment.

The name is inspired by Don Fabrizzio — our distinguished mascot in a bowler hat and monocle, symbol of the refined traveller who explores the world with curiosity and elegance. Like him, we believe that travelling well is not about spending more, but living more intensely.

Over two decades later, we have welcomed thousands of travellers from around the world, shared paellas, sangria, Gothic quarter tours, and been the starting point for unforgettable adventures in the most vibrant city of the Mediterranean.
